DMCA Policy
VidSavePro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been made accessible through our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL or link that you believe enables access to infringing content

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent including: your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
VidSavePro reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
